RTRS is excited to share the latest RTRS product updates and important announcements coming out this month.
Observations Module Enhancements
- New Status Field in Observation list view – The status field values will be created/managed by Administrators from the Settings menu. This will allow an entirely new way for companies to manage their observations.

- Acceptance Tracking – track observations as Accepted or Rejected from the Observation Settings menu. When selected it will allow users to track whether issues have been accepted or rejected by the receiving party.
- Advanced Filtering by Observation Date will be available in the view tab from the client website.
Training Module Enhancements
- Assigned Trainings on Mobile – users will be able to see assigned counts and link directly to training from the mobile app.
- Individual Training QR Codes – will be available for download from the user list for a specific group of employees.
User Management & Interface Updates
- List Users Page – redesigned for improved usability.
- External Assignee Page – refreshed with a clean new layout.
Claims Module (Coming Soon)
RTRS is currently contemplating the development of a new Claims Module. This module would allow companies to:
- Upload loss runs directly into the platform using any excel or pdf format
- Generate AI-powered claim summaries
- Access interactive dashboard reporting for superior claims insights
