Yes, you will be able to use the app offline. The first time you login, all information will be synced to your device for offline use. In order for all offline data to sync to the portal, you have to establish network activity.

RTRS apps work with iOS devices Version 10.0 and higher and any Android Device with Version 5.0 or higher.

Throughout the RTRS platform there are ways to capture digital signatures using your finger on your mobile device. Observations, Forms and Toolbox Talks all have this feature.
There is no limit to the number of images or signatures you may attach to answers, forms, lesson learned, etc.
There is no storage limit to the amount of information that can be saved on the platform. Each file size is limited to no more than 100mb to improve the mobile experience.
There are many ways to share information. Users can assign issues to both internal and external users. External users will be provided a url link (that does not require a password) where they can also input data. Also, from the mobile applications or the portal, all data can be emailed to third parties.

Yes, you can attach .XLS, .PDF, .MOV, .MP4, .DOC, .CSV, .MP3, .PPT, .TXT, .WAV, .GIF.

All data is stored in the Microsoft Azure Cloud. RTRS Applications have a saving feature built into the apps which allows the apps to work offline. Once a user completes a task, all information backs up on our cloud-based (Microsoft Azure) servers within seconds and can be viewed on the portal.
All client data in Azure including managed disks are encrypted using Azure’s Storage Encryption Service (SES). The SES feature utilizes transparent AES-256 bit encryption – it is provided by Microsoft and cannot be disabled. Data in transit is encrypted via SSL over https protocol. Our API has security measures in place to only provide access to data you own based on your user role and client identifier. Our analytic platform only displays data based on row level security for each user also based on your client identifier.

RTRS has over 100 dashboards and worksheet templates for companies to use. RTRS also works with clients to develop specific dashboards to display key KPIs for each business.

The analytic platform provides a way to select alerts, notifications and custom reporting. Companies can drill into and out of data, create custom filters and have reports scheduled to be sent to key personnel on a frequency chosen by each company.

The cost of the platform is dependent on the number of licenses purchased each year.
RTRS works with many insurance companies to provide discounts to their members. In some cases, they will purchase licenses directly to their clients- either sharply discounted or free during the policy period.

With many companies finding it difficult to find qualified craft, this platform can be used as a continuous training tool. Companies can schedule and broadcast news to the field (even to a specific project) to ensure that specific items are reviewed on a daily basis.

With a library of best practices, employees can be assured that they are provided with the most current compliance and best practices to assist them everyday. This allows employees to find information easily without the stigma of having to say that they need help.

Companies can also upload critical documents such as safety data sheets, corporate safety plans and policies so they are always available for employees to review from their mobile device.

With a library of over 500 toolbox talks, the RTRS platform also provides a way for supervisors to assist in developing project specific safety topics for each jobsite.

Finally, the platform has a robust Learning Management System that allows companies to create and track specific training for all of their employees.

Yes, RTRS has a database of hundreds of thousands of risk points in many areas such as Safety, Quality, Contracts, Scheduling, etc. which can be combined together to provide a comprehensive Risk Register for any construction company or capital owner.
RTRS has been a partner with Procore for over two years and have open integrations to allow the two software packages to work together. RTRS works with each company to determine the integrations required for each company and works together to build the solution right for each company.

Yes, a unique feature of the RTRS platform is that users are allowed to assign issues to other internal employees. Those employees will receive a push and badge notification on their device, notifying them that they have been assigned an issue.

Additionally, users can assign issues to external parties which are then provided a link to a website for them to collaborate on closing the risk issue. The external party does not need a license to add photos and notes to close the issue.

QR Codes are generated on the platform to digitize your forms, access employee training records and sign toolbox talks.

The RTRS platform digitizes your paper-based forms and converts them into QR codes. These QR codes can be combined to create QR Code boards and keyrings. QR codes do not require user access to input data so all information can be inputted through an anonymous login and all of the data is inputted directly into your platform for one system of record.

RTRS provides a content management system that allows companies to upload specific topics with photos which are then broadcast to each user’s mobile device. Company news can be scheduled years in advance.

Yes, the platform comes with many templates which can be completely customized for each project or facility. The platform can also create mobile forms from each company’s paper based forms.

Yes, each form may be set as Private- so only the person who sent the form and the administrators can access it. The shared setting for these forms are inactive so they can not be transmitted.

Yes, multiple reports can be combined together to create a single report. This combined report can then be broken up into responsible parties and sent to each party to resolve the issue- with each report only showing their specific issues.

RTRS works with each client to define a specific prescription to help them roll out the platform. How to guides, quick start guides and how to download the app one-pagers help to facilitate the process each step of the way. Once onboarding begins, RTRS will work with each client in one hour sessions until the client is able to customize the platform themselves. There are typically 3 one hour onboarding sessions- but more or less may be required per client.

The RTRS platform provides a way for companies to become a learning organization. The process is mirrored on the “suggestion box” concept where each user captures something critical that the company needs to memorialize to prevent the issue from occurring again. Each lesson learned is indexed and can be assigned to people in the company for accountability. Safety meetings are tracked by having all participants sign the meetings using a mobile device. QR Codes are generated so people can sign from their own device without needing access to the mobile app.

The GPS coordinates and time and date stamps are all automatically logged. Easy look up tables provide a way to easily track all meeting participants. Finally, photos of the meeting can also be attached to the final report.
