All data is stored in the Microsoft Azure Cloud. RTRS Applications have a saving feature built into the apps which allows the apps to work offline. Once a user completes a task, all information backs up on our cloud-based (Microsoft Azure) servers within seconds and can be viewed on the portal.
All client data in Azure including managed disks are encrypted using Azure’s Storage Encryption Service (SES). The SES feature utilizes transparent AES-256 bit encryption – it is provided by Microsoft and cannot be disabled. Data in transit is encrypted via SSL over https protocol. Our API has security measures in place to only provide access to data you own based on your user role and client identifier. Our analytic platform only displays data based on row level security for each user also based on your client identifier.

RTRS has over 100 dashboards and worksheet templates for companies to use. RTRS also works with clients to develop specific dashboards to display key KPIs for each business.

RTRS works with many insurance companies to provide discounts to their members. In some cases, they will purchase licenses directly to their clients- either sharply discounted or free during the policy period.

With many companies finding it difficult to find qualified craft, this platform can be used as a continuous training tool. Companies can schedule and broadcast news to the field (even to a specific project) to ensure that specific items are reviewed on a daily basis.

With a library of best practices, employees can be assured that they are provided with the most current compliance and best practices to assist them everyday. This allows employees to find information easily without the stigma of having to say that they need help.

Companies can also upload critical documents such as safety data sheets, corporate safety plans and policies so they are always available for employees to review from their mobile device.

With a library of over 500 toolbox talks, the RTRS platform also provides a way for supervisors to assist in developing project specific safety topics for each jobsite.

Additionally, users can assign issues to external parties which are then provided a link to a website for them to collaborate on closing the risk issue. The external party does not need a license to add photos and notes to close the issue.

QR Codes are generated on the platform to digitize your forms, access employee training records and sign toolbox talks.

The RTRS platform digitizes your paper-based forms and converts them into QR codes. These QR codes can be combined to create QR Code boards and keyrings. QR codes do not require user access to input data so all information can be inputted through an anonymous login and all of the data is inputted directly into your platform for one system of record.

RTRS works with each client to define a specific prescription to help them roll out the platform. How to guides, quick start guides and how to download the app one-pagers help to facilitate the process each step of the way. Once onboarding begins, RTRS will work with each client in one hour sessions until the client is able to customize the platform themselves. There are typically 3 one hour onboarding sessions- but more or less may be required per client.

The RTRS platform provides a way for companies to become a learning organization. The process is mirrored on the “suggestion box” concept where each user captures something critical that the company needs to memorialize to prevent the issue from occurring again. Each lesson learned is indexed and can be assigned to people in the company for accountability. An advanced analytics and tracking system makes it easy to archive and lookup lessons learned by category over time.

Safety meetings are tracked by having all participants sign the meetings using a mobile device. QR Codes are generated so people can sign from their own device without needing access to the mobile app.

The GPS coordinates and time and date stamps are all automatically logged. Easy look up tables provide a way to easily track all meeting participants. Finally, photos of the meeting can also be attached to the final report.
