RTRS is excited to announce several new feature enhancements coming in July 2025 designed to make our client’s experience faster, smarter, and more efficient. Here’s what’s new:
🔍 Advanced Filtering for Observation Tables
Quickly find the data you need with advanced filtering in our observation tables—search by category, user, location, date range, and more. The system will also include remembering the advanced filters so when you open a report and come back to the table, the advanced filtering will still be in place.
📅 Due Dates for Observations
You’ll now be able to assign due dates to observations, helping your team prioritize and manage follow-ups more effectively. Due dates can only be applied to open and resolved issues.
🧩 Streamlined Template Management
The new Manage Mobile Form Templates page will consolidate three existing pages—Templates, QR Codes, and Settings—into a single, intuitive interface.
🧩 Assign Users to all Existing and Future Projects
A new setting from the edit user page will enable Users to Automatically be Assigned to all Projects. This feature is important when users need to be able to see all projects, saving administrators time with setup.
