RTRS is excited to share the latest updates launching this month to make our client experiences smoother and more powerful.
Here’s what’s new from RTRS in June:
Toggle All + Date Selector
Mobile devices will now include a “Toggle All” button and date range selector for faster filtering when combining observations from mobile devices.
Mobile Form Creation Updates
Updated mobile form template edit/create screens from the website will feature a revised pulldown display by field type. Users will also be able to toggle between single and multi-select options, maintaining the selections while toggling. Digitizing mobile forms have never been easier!
Assign Users to All Projects
Administrators will be able to automatically assign a user to all projects – all existing and future projects created – from the user edit screen—perfect for those who need full visibility without repetitive setup.
Also, don’t forget that supervisors can still add users and assign them to projects they are assigned to from the same edit user screen—great for providing control back to the field. Finally, the Add User screen has been redesigned for quicker, cleaner inputting of user data.
💼 Website-Based Issue Assignment
Users will now be able to assign both internal and external users to issues directly from the website. This feature was previously only available in the mobile apps.
🖊️ Require Signatures on Observations
Administrators will be able to require a signature before an observation can be saved—mirroring the wildcard settings for greater accountability. Check the Observation Settings menu for activating that feature.
