RTRS March 2025 Updates: Smarter Filters, Enhanced UX & More!

We’re rolling out a host of exciting updates to enhance our client experiences. This month, we’re introducing smarter table filtering, improved usability, and an upcoming AI-powered compliance tool to streamline your workflows. Here’s what’s new:

New Features & Enhancements

Advanced Date Filters

Available on Mobile Forms, Toolbox Talks, and Training data tables, these filters allow you to narrow your results by selecting only the relevant dates, helping you find data more efficiently.

Improved Error Messaging

Accidentally uploading a training video in the wrong file type? You’ll now receive clearer error messages, making troubleshooting easier.

Party Observed Deletion

Users can now delete parties from the Observed dropdown list on the client website, ensuring better data management and reducing clutter when ad-hoc entries are mistakenly added.

Apple App Enhancements

• View open issues count from the main screen.
• Break down open and assigned issues for better visibility.

Android Pop-Up Standardization

All pop-ups now align with our current branding, creating a more consistent user experience.

Observation Report 2-5 Updates

• Key changes to the header section of observation reports.
• Improved field organization for better clarity.
• Removal of color for better print readability.

Restore Counts for Deleted Pages

Now, when deleting Observations, Toolbox Talks, Mobile Forms, and Training pages, administrators can view restore counts before proceeding.

Page Search Memory

Active searches will now persist across 18 pages, allowing users to return to previous search results without needing to re-enter queries.
